How do I start my scheduled video consult with a health coach?

If you have a video consult scheduled with your health coach, you will access the call through your Telespine dashboard. To get there:

1. Log into your Telespine program.
2. Go to "Upcoming Appointments" section at the top of your home screen.
3. Click "Begin Session".

That's it! No downloads or separate program required. For the best experience, please make sure that the device you are using has video and microphone capabilities.
