What if I need to reschedule my video consult?

We understand things come up, and you may need to reschedule your health coaching consult. You can reschedule by:

  1. Logging into your account.
  2. Select ‘Coaching’ at the top of your screen in the navigation bar. You will see that your scheduled consult appears on this page under ‘Upcoming Appointments.’
  3. Select the appointment you wish to reschedule, and select ‘CANCEL’. This will send a notification to your health coach letting them know you have cancelled the consult.
  4. If you are ready to reschedule, go ahead and book another consult from the calendar on this page. If you are not yet sure when you can meet, you can come back at any time to reschedule.
